But, because of sin, we have the tendency to have unhealthy fear. Healthy fear protects, but unhealthy fear inhibits. According to June Hunt, "fear is in the mind of the beholder" (Hunt, 2013, p.5). Marriage | What Did I Get Myself Into

"What Did I Get Myself Into" On July 16th, 2018, my husband and I were on a cruise ship heading to the Bahamas for our honeymoon the day after our wedding day & it felt literally like a dream!!! Soon after we took off I started to feel the ship move a bit toooo much for my liking, and I got sea sick. The first thought that came to my head was "What did I get myself into"?? Would I be sea sick this whole time??? But, a couple hours later I began to feel much better. I don't know if it was because the ship became more steady or I adjusted to the feeling of the ship moving, or both. Listen, transitioning into marriage is the exaaact same way. I could not believe I was actually MARRIED, it felt like a dream!!! I was not visiting the uncharted territory of marriage, I made my home there.
